Not satisfied with the product you received? If so, then please follow the instructions below. Please note that Carioca Dance Fit will replace the item in kind or provide a store credit if the item is no longer available. Returns will be processed only for merchandise that was damaged during shipping or has a factory defect.
Request a return by sending an email to: Daniele@cariocadancefit.net, with the subject line: RETURN. You must contact us immediately after you receive the product(s) to let us know why you wish to return it. Our team will get in contact with you, authorizing you to return the product. You can expect a reply from us within 1-3 business days of receipt of your notice.
Returns must be received by Carioca Dance Fit within 21 days after the date that the package was delivered to you. Carioca Dance Fit will not accept any returns after this time. Items may be returned for Store Credit only.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free from any stains such as makeup, deodorant and others) with all Carioca Dance Fit product tags attached.
Swimwear cannot be returned.
The shipping carrier you choose to use to return merchandise, (UPS, FedEx, USPS) is up to you, however, we strongly suggest using the carrier that delivered the items to you. If you chose an alternate carrier, we recommend that you choose a carrier that provides tracking.
When returning products, Carioca Dance Fit is not responsible for lost return packages and shipping fees.
If you receive a defective item we most sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Carioca Dance Fit uses an extensive quality control protocol to keep our quality at the highest standards in the industry. We will do everything humanly possible to correct the situation immediately. Defective items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt by the purchaser, if you do not report it in this timely manner, we will not issue a credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. After you have sent the email regarding the return our team will get in contact with you, authorizing you to return the product.
